Absence plans in staff portal

How do I add an absence plan on my staff portal?


You cannot do this on the staff portal but, if you have the correct privileges set you will be able to create an absence plan on the admin portal. To do this

  1. Hover over the home button
  2. Click on student
  3. Select a student
  4. Click on attendance tab.

You will see the “add absence plan” button on the top right hand corner. Click on this, fill in the details and click on save. Once done you need to click on the absence plans tab which will show you the plan you have just created. From here you can add follow up notes and monitor the students attendance.
