Once creating the structure of our timetable, how can we assign it to the term times?

To assign your structure to the term times all you must do is
1. Click on the “assign timetable to date” button on the right-hand side of your created structures
2. Click on the paint button for the structure you have created
3. Click on the first date and drag across the calendar to choose when this structure applies.
You will notice that the colour of those dates changes to the same colour code that you selected to represent the timetable structure.
