Why can’t I edit the notes in the safeguarding case? Its greyed out and I want to add more

This is purely for auditing purposes. Any notes that have been added cannot be edited however, you can add follow up notes. This is so that a timeline of events is kept as a record. You can add follow up notes by clicking on the “add follow up” button in the safeguarding section for the selected case. The button is situation on the top right hand side.
