I have a quick query. We are currently on demo mode at the moment, if i start setting it up and inputting staff and student details, when we come off the demo mode will this information be lost or will it remain on here?

if you set up the new academic year you will start from scratch. The demo data will still be there (which you can switch back to for training/practice/exploring purposes)
